Some taught, some served, and some were students carrying their dreams in their hands\u2026 They were part of the college\u2019s daily scene, until their presence became so familiar that we didn\u2019t realize its value until they were gone. Today, as we look back on 25 years of the University of Nineveh College of Medicine\u2019s journey, these faces pass before us once more\u2026 faces that are no longer with us, yet the places they once occupied still recognize them, the college hallways still bear their imprint, and the memories of those who lived alongside them still preserve their details. Buildings may change, generations may come and go, and the years may pass\u2026 but some names remain forever linked to this place. On this silver jubilee, we do not merely recall what has been accomplished\u2026 but we also remember those who were with us, who were part of this story, and who passed away before witnessing its twenty-fifth milestone. They are no longer before our eyes\u2026 but they remain in our memories.
