The meetings were held in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ali Abbas, and Mr. Ahmed Jassam, Head of the Citizen Affairs Division, during which the visitors\u2019 needs were discussed and steps were taken to address them in accordance with established procedures.
