It is my pleasure and honor to welcome you to the official website of the Nineveh College of Medicine – Nineveh University, this distinguished academic institution to which we are proud to belong and whose mission and achievements we take pride in. The College of Medicine was established to be a beacon of knowledge in Nineveh Governorate, supplying Iraqi society with competent doctors equipped with knowledge and expertise, qualified to provide distinguished healthcare based on professional and humanitarian ethics, and built on a foundation of sound scientific thinking and continuous research.

Organizational Structure
The Nineveh College of Medicine – Nineveh University relies on an integrated administrative and academic structure that ensures the effective organization of the educational and administrative process. This structure consists of senior management, specialized academic departments, support units and divisions, and coordinating committees, contributing to achieving quality in education, research, and community service.
Dean of the College
Oversees the general administration of the college and sets its academic and administrative policies.
Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs
Manages educational affairs, curricula, schedules, and relations with academic departments.
Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs
Oversees staff affairs, budgeting, and infrastructure.
Administrative Units and Divisions
Quality Assurance Division
It is concerned with monitoring the quality of academic and administrative performance in accordance with national accreditation standards.
Continuing Education Division
Organizes workshops and training courses to develop educational and administrative cadres.
Financial Affairs Division
Oversees the college's financial affairs, including budget, expenditures, and salary disbursements.
Registration and Student Affairs Division
Manages admission, registration, examinations, and issuance of official documents to students.
Examination Committee
Responsible for organizing and monitoring exams, recording grades, and documenting student results.
Human Resources Division
Follow up on employee files, appointments, transfers and job evaluations.
Media and Public Relations Unit
Documents college activities and manages communication with the community and media.
Scientific and Organizational Committees
Scientific Committee
Supervises the development of curricula and organizes the educational process within the college.
Scientific Research Committee
Supports and supervises scientific research and coordinates between researchers within the college.
Deans’ Committee
Participates in making senior decisions and general policies of the college.
New Student Reception Committee
Organizes welcoming events for new students and facilitates their integration into university life.
Student Activities Committee
Sponsor and organize cultural, sports and social activities for students.
