Vision

The division seeks to advance educational goals and achieve global quality standards, which contributes to strengthening the educational institution's standing and ensuring outstanding results that reflect the institution's commitment to academic excellence.

Mission

The Quality Assurance Division aims to achieve high quality across all educational, research, and administrative activities at the college. This is achieved by maximizing the college's capabilities and resources, while activating the role of all its employees. The division also seeks to meet the needs of society and the demands of the labor market, in line with approved national standards.

Objectives

  • Quality Assurance of Activities: Ensuring the quality of all activities at the college, with a focus on academic programs and scientific research.
  • Promote a culture of quality: disseminate a culture of quality and enhance its procedures and mechanisms.
  • Strategy Review: Update the college’s strategy and mission in line with modern developments.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze the results of studies and internal audits to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Academic Program Support: Providing the necessary support for programs to achieve their objectives.
  • Field visits: Conducting visits to college departments to enhance communication and evaluation.
  • Preparing job descriptions: Developing job descriptions for employees and identifying their training needs.

Quality Assurance Unit

Monitor the implementation of quality standards to ensure continuous accreditation. Monitor semester activities and publish them on the university website. Promote a culture of quality and exchange expertise between departments. Participate in quality-related seminars and conferences. Supervise the work of quality assurance committees. Prepare for accreditation by writing a self-assessment report.

University Performance Evaluation Unit

Distributing evaluation files issued by the Ministry of Higher Education. Coordinating with departments to collect evaluation data. Ensuring that evaluation files are submitted on time. Conducting evaluation studies and providing solutions to issues. Updating the evaluation file database. Participating in university performance evaluation activities.
