As part of efforts to promote interactive learning and develop students’ scientific skills, the College of Medicine at the University of Nineveh hosted a series of scientific seminars for second-year students in the Biochemistry course, under the supervision of Dr. Osama Maysar al-Sabawi.

A number of second-year students participated in presenting the seminars, namely:

• Sarah Fawaz Mahmoud
• Ruqaya Muhammad

These activities are part of educational approaches designed to encourage students to engage in scientific research, develop their skills in preparing presentations and discussing scientific information, and boost their self-confidence and ability to communicate in front of their peers.

The College of Medicine at the University of Nineveh continues to support student activities that make students active participants in the educational process and contribute to preparing doctors who possess scientific knowledge, presentation and discussion skills, and critical thinking abilities.
