The event featured the raising of the Iraqi flag, and the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Mu’min Junaid Al-Dabouni, delivered a speech on this occasion, in which he welcomed the students as the new academic year began, emphasizing the importance of diligence, hard work, and commitment to their scientific and academic pursuits.
