Assistant Professor Dr. Nada Fadel Abdul-Majid, a faculty member at the College of Medicine—University of Nineveh, served as a member of the thesis defense committee for a master’s thesis in the Department of Life Sciences—College of Education for Girls, University of Mosul, titled: “The Effect of Cholecalciferol and Phylloquinone on the Virulence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the Bacterium Causing Burn Infections” The thesis examined the effect of cholecalciferol and phylloquinone on the virulence factors of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the bacterium responsible for burn infections, with the aim of enhancing understanding of its pathogenic mechanisms and supporting research efforts to develop adjunctive therapies. The thesis defense committee consisted of a select group of specialized faculty members, and the defense concluded with the thesis’s acceptance following the required revisions. At the conclusion of the defense, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Assistant Professor Dr. Nada Fadel Abdul-Majid in recognition of her scholarly contribution to the examination committee.
