As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s initiatives to develop digital skills, and within the framework of the continuing education plan for the 2026–2027 academic year, the College of Medicine at the University of Nineveh is organizing a training course titled: “E-Human Resources Management and the Use of Computer Applications in Enhancing Institutional Performance” The course aims to develop participants’ skills in using e-management concepts and tools, as well as modern computer applications in the field of human resources management, and to promote digital transformation in the university work environment.
