As part of the academic activities of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, and under the supervision of Dr. Khalis Mohammed Al-Zubaidi, a number of second-year students from both groups delivered a systematic lecture to their peers on the topic of “Minerals and Trace Minerals,” in a move that reflects the growing role of students as active partners in the educational process. This initiative aligns with the principle of student-centered education, a requirement for international accreditation of medical schools, thereby enhancing students’ scientific presentation skills and academic thinking.
