A meeting was held within the Examination Committee at the College of Medicine—University of Nineveh, chaired by Prof. Dr. Ja’far Ramadan Muhammad, Assistant to the University President for Academic Affairs, and attended by a number of senior officials from the University Presidency. Also present at the meeting were Dr. Osama al-Sabaawi, head of the Registration Division, and the division’s staff, along with Dr. Muhammad Nabil, chair of the Examination Committee, and committee members. During the meeting, participants reviewed the operation of the Student Information System (SIS) within the Examination Committee and the Registration Division, discussed technical and procedural issues related to the system’s use, and explored ways to address them in order to facilitate daily operations.
