The College of Medicine welcomed a delegation from the Iraqi Medical Association—Nineveh Branch, led by Dr. Suleiman Al-Houri, on an official visit aimed at strengthening ties of cooperation between the two sides. The delegation was received by the Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Moamen Junaid Al-Dabouni. During the visit, a commemorative plaque was presented to the Dean’s Office, which the Dean accepted in recognition of the College’s efforts to support the educational process and elevate students’ academic standards, as well as its role in preparing competent medical professionals who contribute to serving the community. During the meeting, ways to strengthen joint cooperation between the Association and the College were discussed, with the aim of supporting the integration of academic studies and professional practice and contributing to the development of medical services in the governorate. Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and joint efforts to achieve the desired scientific and professional goals.
