As part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the College of Medicine at the University of Nineveh, we look back on an initiative that served two purposes: improving the clinical training environment and honoring one of the college’s alumni who left an indelible mark. As part of the partnership between the College of Medicine at the University of Nineveh and Al-Salam Teaching Hospital, the college contributed to the renovation of the Martyr Dr. Ali Salah Fadhil Hall, transforming it into a dedicated academic space for teaching and clinical training for the college’s students. The hall was named in honor of Dr. Ali Salah Fadhil’s legacy and his scholarly and humanitarian contributions to the College of Medicine and Al-Salam Teaching Hospital; today, the hall stands as a testament to a name that remains etched in the institution’s memory. On this silver jubilee, we do not merely celebrate what has been accomplished… but we also revisit the stories that shaped this achievement.
